How long does it take to heat up the water?

Based on our lab data, it typically takes around 200 seconds to heat 50 ml of water. Please note that more time will be required if you are heating a larger volume of water.

Can roamblend heat up milk?

No, roamblend™ is designed to work only with water. Using milk may damage the machine.

Do you support K-Cups?

No, currently roamblend™ does not support K-Cups. However, we are actively working on making our products compatible with K-Cups in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

How to clean my machine?

To clean your roamblend™, simply fill the tank with water and run it through the machine without adding coffee. For the capsule adapter and cup, give it a
quick rinse, then you’re good to go in seconds. It's simple and easy!

How many times can I brew on a single charge?

Based on our lab tests, you can brew up to 5 times using cold water and over 200 times using hot water on a single charge.

Can I charge on 220V?

Yes, the machine can be charged using any USB-C charger, as long as it satisfies a 10V/2.25A input charge. However, our speed charging head works only with 110V.

Can I use roamblend while it's charging?

No, for safety reasons, roamblend™ cannot be used while it's charging.

Roamblend™ is designed with your safety in mind, and to ensure proper function, it requires a full charge before use. Attempting to brew while charging could lead to overheating or damage to the internal components. To protect both you and the machine, please wait until roamblend™ is fully charged before using it to make your favorite coffee.

How do I brew using hot water?

To brew using hot water, simply double-click the button, and voilà! Your coffee will be ready in no time.

How do I brew using cold water?

To brew using cold water, long press the button and wait for the machine to brew. And just like that, your coffee is ready!

How do I check the remaining battery?

To check the remaining battery, press the button briefly once.

What should I do if the machine has no reaction after pressing the button?

If your machine has no reaction after pressing the button, try recharging it first as the battery may be depleted. If the problem persists after recharging, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We offer global shipping. For detailed information, please review our shipping policy.

How long should I expect to receive my order?

For customers in the US and Canada, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days after shipping. For international customers, delivery typically takes 9-15 business days after shipping.

I have entered the wrong shipping information, what should I do?

If you need to change anything about your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes. Please also note that changes could possibly lead to certain shipping delays.

Why is my package delayed?

We promise to ship out every order in a timely manner. However, public holidays can sometimes lead to slight delays. There might also be unforeseen circumstances related to local customs or logistic partners.

I have entered the correct tracking information, why can't I still track my package?

We send an email with the tracking link and number only after confirming that the shipment has left the warehouse. It might take some time for the express couriers to recognize the shipment and upload the relevant information to the database. If you are still unable to track the shipment after some time, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
