At Roambend, we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Please take a moment to review our return policy below.

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on items purchased directly from the Roamblend website (https://roamblend.com) within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@roamblend.com. We’re here to assist you. Please make sure to contact us to obtain a return number first before shipping out your product. We do not accept returns without a return number.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Return Address

All returns should be mailed to our central hub in the United States (except for Canadian customers). This include purchases shipped to address outside of North America.

Canadian customers, please email us at hello@roamblend.com so we can coordinate your return to our Canadian location.

Shipping Costs

  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (such as damaged or incorrect items), we'll cover the shipping costs.
  • Customer Responsibility: If you’re returning an item for reasons other than our error (like a change of mind), you'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon request, we can provide a return label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Shipping Time

The time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary based on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

REFUND PROCESS

Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of your refund's approval or rejection.

Refund Issuance

If approved, we’ll process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund within two weeks, please double-check with your bank or credit card company. Processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@roamblend.com, and we’ll help you sort it out.
