SHIPPING TIMES

Order Processing
We typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days, excluding postal holidays. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

• United States and Canada: Shipments usually arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. 
• International: Orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada generally arrive within 7-15 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing. Once your order reaches your country, it is handed over to your local postal service for final delivery. Tracking updates may be limited during this phase, but rest assured your order is still on its way.

Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at hello@roamblend.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the damaged items, and any packaging. We’ll review your case and work towards a solution, whether it's a replacement or a refund.

If your package is marked as delivered but can't be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or other possible delivery locations, as well as contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance. Unfortunately, Roamblend is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over USD 100 to the United States and Canada. All parcels will be handled by USPS/UPS.

For all other orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on actual shipping costs or less.

MOVED RECENTLY?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or change the address. Unfortunately, if an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It’s essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information to ensure successful delivery. If a package is undeliverable or refused, return shipping costs will apply. If you request a refund for a refused or undeliverable package, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties and taxes may apply when your order arrives in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your purchase price. Please check with your local customs authorities for details on costs and procedures. Packages may be inspected upon arrival, and we cannot guarantee that the packaging will remain intact. If import duties and taxes are not paid, your package may be held by customs or returned to us, and additional fees may apply. Any duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund.

BACKORDERS

In the unlikely event that a Roamblend branded product you ordered is out of stock, we will ship your order as soon as it becomes available within a 30-day period. If your order has not shipped within 30 days, we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed. If you wish to cancel an order that hasn’t shipped yet, please email us at hello@roamblend.com.
